Flumi AC (Associazione Culturale) is a Cultural Association dedicated to building cultural networks and fostering collaborations between different worlds: art, culture, science, and technology.
Our core values – collaboration, curiosity, transformation as a driving force, creativity, and the cross-pollination of knowledge – guide every action and decision we take. We believe these are the foundations for creating shared projects, fostering non-extractive change, and addressing cultural and social challenges with original and multidisciplinary approaches.

Our Community
Our goal is to create a community who share our values and actively participate in projects with their skills. Among our members are artists, people working in cultural spaces, institutions, and anyone who wishes to contribute with their own experience. From the encounter of diverse skills, impactful creative projects can rise for territories and communities.
Areas of Action
Beyond connecting people and different realities, we accompany the transformation of ideas into solid and lasting projects by curating processes, and providing management tools, creative techniques, and knowledge from multiple sectors.
The cultural and artistic projects of our community explore themes such as:
Creative and ethical use of new technologies – e.g., musical and visual experiences, interactive workshops that help audiences understand and use new technologies consciously.
Environmental and social sustainability – e.g., cultural initiatives that enhance urban green spaces and strengthen social ties.
Equity, diversity & inclusion (EDI) – e.g., conferences that amplify diverse voices and foster a more equitable system, reducing the gap between policy and practice.
How we do it
Events and Creative Formats
We design initiatives that enliven cultural spaces and encourage collaboration between professionals from different fields, creating moments of dialogue and exchange.
Flumi Labs
Spaces for training, knowledge transfer and experimentation dedicated to those working in culture, the arts, and creative sectors.
We focus in depth on:
Cultural and European project design: methods and tools to conceive, structure, and manage complex projects, with particular attention to EU funding opportunities.
Decision-making processes and participatory governance: how to build collaborative models and make decisions inclusively, transparently, and sustainably.
Empathetic and conscious leadership: skills to guide cultural groups and organizations by placing care, listening, and diversity at the center.
Organization of festivals and cultural events: from the creative phase to production, with attention to logistics, communication, and sustainability.
Communication and project presentation: techniques of public speaking, storytelling, and pitching to effectively present ideas to different audiences (institutions, partners, communities).
Each lab is designed to provide immediately applicable practical tools, strengthen participants’ skills, and stimulate the creation of new collaborations.
