Anna Lucia Pinto is a passionate feminist activist, trainer and project manager with 15+ years of experience in gender justice women and girls’ rights, diversity, inclusion, education, arts, and culture. With a M.A. in Development Economics and International Cooperation, and post-graduate studies in Development Management Anna Lucia has led cooperation programs and EU funded projects across Europe and the Mediterranean, Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America, focusing on social inclusion, education, arts, gender violence, LGBTI rights, and community participation. As an independent consultant, she provides technical assistance on project design and management, training, and facilitates participatory workshops, all with a keen focus on gender mainstreaming, diversity, and inclusion.
