Ludovica Michelin is a cultural project manager and strategic consultant. She specialises in mentoring cultural and artistic institutions, art collectives, and universities. Her primary focus is guiding these organisations through the design, definition, and implementation of international projects. To facilitate this, Ludovica created Flumi.net, a platform dedicated to supporting organisations in designing collaborative, diverse, and sustainable international projects. In addition to her role as consultant, she serves as the strategic director of MUTEK ES Festival.

Before her current roles, Ludovica coordinated EU projects at the intersection of art, science, technology, and sound at Hangar.org. Her background also includes working in international cooperation at Interarts Foundation and collaborating with academic organisations.

Ludovica has collaborated with and developed projects for various  institutions. These include BAU University, ZKM Karlsruhe, TOPLAP, Ljudmila, Bye Bye Plastic Foundation, Cultivamos Cultura, RESET! network, Quo Artis, Kilowatt, Ars Electronica, BRAVA! Performing Arts, C2C Festival among others.
