Pablo Del Bosco, widely known as PoLee, is a creative leader and cultural innovator with a global track record spanning music, digital arts, and strategic marketing + communications. Raised across Latin America, with Buenos Aires as his main anchor, he pursued studies in Economics and Social Communications, earning a degree in Advertising. Alongside his formal education, he cultivated a background in Art History, Photography, and Design, shaping his multidisciplinary approach to creativity.
With over two decades of experience across continents—including five years in Mexico City and six in Montréal—he specializes in creating transformative cultural experiences that connect arts, technology, and communities. Guided by a human-centric vision and a multicultural perspective, he combines strategic insight with a deep commitment to inclusivity and collaboration, amplifying diverse voices and empowering creative ecosystems through innovative contents and strategies for agencies, brands, and global organizations.
Now based in Turin, Italy, PoLee continues to drive cultural impact as a co-founder of Flumi and an International Ambassador for the MUTEK network. Inspired by a belief in the transformative power of art, he works to bridge the gap between creative vision and tangible world change.

PoLee envisions, curates, and manages artistic and branding initiatives, developing strategies and building partnerships that amplify cultural impact. He cultivates strong relationships with institutions, private organizations, and collaborators, while actively engaging with diverse creative communities. With a focus on delivering inspiring and impactful projects, he brings ideas to life by blending strategic foresight with artistic sensibility, driving Flumi’s pursuit of cultural excellence.

MUTEK Festival 2005—2024 | Held leadership roles including Director of MUTEK Buenos Aires, Codirector of MUTEK Mexico, Partnerships & Digital Marketing Director, and Global Network Coordinator for MUTEK Montreal. Currently serves as International Ambassador and Consultant.
- Highlights: Contributed to editions in Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Montreal, Barcelona, San Francisco, Santiago, Dubai, and Tokyo. Led special projects including the conception of MUTEK Montreal’s Digital Village, the Sonic Circuits and Knob-Sessions music gear showcases, and a collaboration with Mexico City’s Secretaría de Cultura to develop the city’s Digital Creative Industries Map.
