Anasha is a freelance facilitator and proposal manager who coaches social and green NGOs as well as cultural and educational institutions to turn their ideas into moving stories and convincing project plans. She has worked as proposal quality manager at WWF Germany and as citizen engagement officer at Environmental Action Germany and has supported several successful large scale grant applications. Anasha believes that the ecological crisis calls for a social and cultural answer which is why she loves to facilitate co-creative and participatory processes. She enjoys working with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate different perspectives, build a common vision and to support them to design projects for impact, equity and sustainability.
