Ludovica Michelin is a cultural project manager and strategic consultant with a passion for fostering international and interdisciplinary collaboration. Based between Turin and Barcelona, she is the founder and CEO of Flumi, a platform dedicated to supporting the design and implementation of diverse, sustainable, and interdisciplinary international projects. Ludovica specializes in mentoring cultural organizations, art collectives, and universities, guiding them through the complexities of EU funding and international project development.
With her warm and dynamic personality, Ludovica thrives in environments that require both strategic thinking and a personal touch. She is deeply committed to fostering authentic connections, creating inclusive spaces, and empowering others to realize their vision. Her approach blends creativity, pragmatism, and a talent for bringing diverse teams together to achieve impactful results.
Before founding Flumi, Ludovica coordinated EU projects at the intersection of art, science, technology, and sound at Hangar.org and contributed to international cooperation initiatives at the Interarts Foundation.
In addition to her consultancy work, Ludovica serves as Strategic Director for MUTEK Barcelona, where she curates professional programs that build sustainable cultural networks. She has collaborated with institutions such as C2C Festival, Kilowatt, BAU University, Cultivamos Cultura, among others.
